FHP has the ability to turn parts from a few grams to 14000 Lbs and hold close tolerances at the same time.
Milling
We routinely perform 3D and 5 axis rotary milling on a wide variety of materials including the exotics and refractory metals.
Welding
MIG, TIG, Bronze overlay and Stellite hard facing are achieved on new or supplied materials here at FHP.
Grinding
Our blanchard grinders can swing up to 72”; surface grinders can go to 30”; and cylindrical grinding and honing can go to 20”.
